Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

By registering you agree to the “Terms and Condition” published. The registration application must be submitted online using the form on the website. The availability for the required course will be confirmed by our e-mail. The student is officially registered only when the school has received the full payment of the course.

2. Minimum age

The minimum age for admission to courses is 18 years old. Adolescents aged between 16 and 18 years needs parents or legal guardian authorization to take courses. Children aged 4 to 15 years are not allowed to group courses for adults and need to book private lessons. Children must be accompanied during their stay by their parents or legal guardian.

3. Payment

The payment of the registration fee and the first installment must be made in advance bank to bank and it will be communicated in the e-mail confirmation.

The balance of the second and final payment must be made within the first day of class by bank or in cash at the school office.

4. Cancellation

The cancellation of participation at the course must be notified by the student with a letter or a telegram. The school will refund 50% of the amount paid by the student only for cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the course, those received after this period will not be refunded.

5. Courses

Classes take place from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. The calendar is set by the school and published on the site. Lesson times will be announced in the e-mail confirmation. In case of delay, early departures or absences due to illness of the student, the scheduled classes can not be recovered and will not be refunded.

6. Privacy

The student authorizes the school to use the personal information to process registration and demographic analysis and statistics. The participant may, under Italian law (art. 13, 675/96), request the deletion of personal data at any time. The student authorizes the school to post photos in which is portrait during the courses, if the student does not agree must explicitly deny (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
